Description: To help us continue driving our business forward, we're in search of an experienced, top-tier JAVA Programmer with PHP experience to join our team.

Candidate should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years programming experience, minimum 2 years programming in both JAVA and PHP.
• At least 2 years practical experience maintaining and enhancing production web-delivered applications, including testing and migration between development and production environments
• Experience with Cpanel and / or Interworx Control Panels
• Database query optimization
• General application troubleshooting/maintenance/repair
• Application documentation, testing and Q/A

Responsibilities:

Maintenance, enhancement, and creation of production websites written in PHP/HTML/XHTML, as requested

Meet with users, project coordinators to discuss technical requirements and issues and plan solutions

Evaluate and address issues of integration between various systems and processes

Requirements:

Strong understanding of Web technologies and Internet protocols including HTTP, FTP and SSL and TCP/IP

Strong Web programming in JAVA and PHP  (PERL, .NET, C++ are a plus but not required).

Design, deploy, and maintain relational database systems using MySQL

Apache Web Server Unix/Linux Admin Skills

Accurate software planning and projection skills

Ability to multi-task between several projects and complete them on time

Must be dependable and able to work in a team

Must be able to make sound judgments and use common sense, as well as communicate with other developers within the organization if you cannot solve a problem in a timely manner.

Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
