LAWDOX provides the capability for partner firms to index and upload all their case documents, minimizing the amount of time your legal staff is tasked with the process. Documents can be indexed and archived by case name, number; basically whatever enterprise taxonomy you choose. Each case folder contains all documents associated with that case. LAWDOX will handle almost any document type including PDFs, Word Documents, Spreadsheets, TIFF, JPEG, MOV, WMV, WAV, and email documents, just to name a few.

LAWDOX will synchronize with your network, with controls to maintain a high degree of security, allowing you to drag and drop documents into a folder on your network and auto index the documents. Rules can be placed on folders providing the ability to automatically route uploaded documents to a particular person, or convert documents from one file format to another prior to the documents’ final destination.
